Portfolio and Growth Plan

VAST Real Estate is currently in the process of purchasing some properties for business use within the Reading and Berkshire Area. The target is to acquire at least a property each year and replace the rental stoke where most of ISWP Holding operations are undertaken with ISWP Holding owned properties. 

The Growth Plan is to build this property portfolio for the next 10 years. Once this property portfolio is built this will enable the business to use the properties for business as well as collateral to access funding for growth and operational purposes as per the business needs.
